The Fund-Raisers / Local Contact Person Kit
for 'Alternative Gifts' in aid of the people of Kagando
The key components are:
(From Left) Guidance Notes for Local Contact Person, including details of cheques paid in at bank (any HSBC branch); and Alternative Gifts individual Order Form with explanation of the scheme and the Microfinance Project (KARUCOM) at Kagando; 'Card Styles', a full size image of a card with text on back together with the other nine designs. This can be printed separately or on the back of an order form.
Local Contact Persons will have their own methods of advertising the scheme, such as notices in church, presentations at the front, cards posted through doors, pew slips, and their secular equivalent, in handouts local newsletters etc. Much will depend on the profile and trustworthyness of the Local Contact Person and their own enthusiasm for helping Kagando.

The full package must be ordered from 'Friends of Kagando' either on-line via the Contact Details Correspondence Form, or by email: admin@friendsofkagando.org.uk or by post. We need to know who you are.The full kit provides the documents in Word .doc form, so that you can fill in on screen instead of by hand and can change the Local Contact Person contact details etc. The Order Form .pdf file above shows the main 'Friends of Kagando' postal address for this Alternative Gifts scheme. This is the same as the 'by Post' link above. The 'Friends' only wish to handle the applications from individuals that are received on-line. We hope that the fund-raisers/local contact persons will deal with all requests from those in their own area, but feel free to contact us if you need help or need hints based on how the scheme has run elsewhere.
